The Group Product Manager leads multiple product managers to shape the Seccl platform, focusing on client needs and effective product delivery while driving strategy and operational excellence.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain scalable software solutions using Node.js and TypeScript, while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring product reliability.

The Account Manager will manage and grow relationships with customer firms, develop strategic account plans, drive feature adoption, and ensure a leading customer experience.

Lead development and maintenance of Seccl's business continuity capability within the operational resilience framework. Facilitate impact and risk assessments, create and test continuity plans, run resilience and crisis exercises, track remediation, support third-party assessments, produce senior-level governance reporting, and ensure compliance with FCA Operational Resilience and EU DORA requirements.

Lead product development for European payments, define roadmap from 0->1, collaborate with engineering, operations and clients, prioritise sprints, solve scalability in regulated environments, use data to make decisions, and mentor junior PMs.

Design, implement, and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure (Terraform) with a serverless focus. Enable squads to build and run services, improve observability (Datadog), enhance CI/CD (GitHub Actions), respond to incidents, optimise databases (MongoDB/Postgres), and mentor engineering teams to own platform outcomes.
