Supports the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, applicant tracking, job advertising, and candidate communication. The role also helps build talent pipelines for digital and technology positions, organize recruitment events and campus outreach, and support diversity and inclusion initiatives. This entry-level position provides general support to the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers while offering training and career development in recruitment.

Lead hands-on performance testing for enterprise-scale digital services and backend applications. Design and execute load, stress, volume, soak, and scalability tests; analyse logs, metrics, and results to identify bottlenecks; validate performance requirements and capacity assumptions; maintain scripts and runbooks; execute tests in AWS environments; report defects; support CI/CD integration; and collaborate with development, architecture, platform, and operations teams in regulated environments.

Supports the HR and Talent teams with employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, records, inductions, probation tracking, absence management, employee queries, events, training, recruitment support, compliance, and general administration. The role is suited to a recent graduate beginning a career in HR and requires strong organisation, communication, confidentiality, attention to detail, and Microsoft Office skills.
