Drive new business sales across UK public sector accounts by prospecting, building pipelines, navigating government procurement frameworks, supporting bids and contract negotiations, and working toward sales targets. The role collaborates with bid, capability, and delivery teams, maintains CRM and pipeline discipline, engages public sector stakeholders, and represents the company at relevant events and forums.

Supports the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, applicant tracking, job advertising, and candidate communication. The role also helps build talent pipelines for digital and technology positions, organize recruitment events and campus outreach, and support diversity and inclusion initiatives. This entry-level position provides general support to the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers while offering training and career development in recruitment.

Supports the HR and Talent teams with employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, records, inductions, probation tracking, absence management, employee queries, events, training, recruitment support, compliance, and general administration. The role is suited to a recent graduate beginning a career in HR and requires strong organisation, communication, confidentiality, attention to detail, and Microsoft Office skills.
