Paid one-month data engineering training academy for career returners. Trainees learn foundational data engineering skills, complete assessments and a group project, and may be invited to interview for a permanent data engineering role after successful completion. The programme runs Monday to Friday with office and work-from-home days in Staines, plus self-study. Candidates should have at least two years of technical data or IT experience and demonstrate curiosity, organisation, attention to detail, problem-solving, teamwork, and willingness to learn.

Design, develop, and support Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse solutions. Build model-driven Power Apps and Power Automate workflows, apply ALM best practices, collaborate with functional and technical teams, and deliver scalable applications, automations, deployments, and ongoing improvements across environments.

Investigates PostgreSQL database incidents involving unauthorized changes, deletion, corruption, misuse, and performance failures. Reconstructs events using transaction logs, WAL, PITR, audit logs, and replication streams; preserves evidence; validates data integrity; and supports incident response. Advises on database security, auditing, backups, disaster recovery, migrations, SQL, indexing, and schema design. Produces investigation reports and communicates recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders while working independently at SFIA Level 5.
