Supports the Global HR Business Partner by translating business priorities into HR actions, coordinating global HR projects and transformations, and managing stakeholder alignment across regions and functions. Prepares workforce analyses, dashboards, executive materials, and HR reporting while supporting talent, performance, compensation, succession, workforce planning, organizational change, and employee-related processes. Tracks milestones, risks, decisions, and follow-up actions, facilitating communication and implementation across Group HR, regional teams, centers of excellence, and business stakeholders.

Price complex P&C insurance accounts, develop and maintain pricing models and tools, analyze portfolios and large datasets, monitor pricing adequacy, build dashboards, support regulatory reporting, and advise underwriting projects. The role partners closely with underwriters, contributes to web-based Python modeling platforms, supports model calibration and change management, and participates in global pricing initiatives.

Lead delegated authority operations across EMEA by managing MGA, coverholder, and TPA relationships; overseeing due diligence, governance, controls, audits, regulatory reporting, data quality, and bordereaux processing. Drive process improvement, platform optimization, stakeholder collaboration, and operational performance across underwriting, compliance, risk, finance, claims, and operations teams.
