Lead the Derivative Services & Oversight team to manage daily derivative operations, oversee outsourced providers, enforce controls and SLAs, handle escalations, process complex trades and lifecycle events, perform control testing and risk assessments, drive incident remediation, and support process improvement and automation.

Manage client service for private wealth accounts, supporting Portfolio Managers and Directors. Responsibilities include client communication, account administration, onboarding, asset transitions, records maintenance, regulatory compliance, reporting, cash transfer requests, and issue resolution. The role also leads a small team, coordinates with internal teams and custodians, supports systems training and user testing, and contributes to process improvements and consistent service standards.

Supports corporate data initiatives across financial, client, employee, and operational datasets. Responsibilities include data integration, modelling, quality remediation, governance, master data management, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of data products across strategic transformation projects. The role monitors data quality, develops controls and standards, supports multiple concurrent initiatives, and advises business and technology teams on data management best practices.
