Build and maintain production AI-enabled software, agentic AI workflows, APIs, integrations, and user-facing features. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineers to deliver practical AI solutions. Apply automated testing, secure coding, peer review, responsible AI controls, evaluations, guardrails, monitoring, and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

Leads the Public Markets Analysis & Design function, aligning business strategy, operating models, capabilities, products, architecture, and technology delivery. The role manages and develops senior analysts, partners with investment and technology stakeholders, governs solution design, drives standardization and process improvement, and identifies opportunities for data- and AI-enabled transformation. It serves as the primary bridge between business, product, architecture, engineering, and delivery teams while shaping scalable platform outcomes.

Provides legal support to the private equity business, managing fund and product structuring, investment transactions, fund launches, documentation, investor negotiations, due diligence, corporate actions, and lifecycle matters. Coordinates with internal teams and external counsel, advises on fund structures and terms, oversees legal workstreams, and manages relationships with the global Private Equity business and other asset-class teams.
