Analyzes Chinese companies and economic conditions to recommend equities for emerging-market portfolios. Responsibilities include reviewing financial reports, evaluating business models, building financial projections and valuation models, communicating investment views to fund managers, conducting management meetings and research trips, and participating in strategy and client meetings. The role requires Mandarin fluency, strong quantitative and analytical skills, Chinese market knowledge, and effective written and verbal communication.

Manage and construct fixed-income portfolios, including Buy & Maintain credit funds and bespoke solutions. Support credit selection, trading decisions, portfolio implementation, client reporting, risk controls, and process improvement. Collaborate with portfolio managers, traders, credit analysts, risk, operations, and client teams. Help optimize systems and workflows while communicating investment decisions and delivering client objectives.

Administer billing and revenue processes, including fee amendments, invoice production, quarterly fee invoicing, accruals, reconciliations, and revenue analysis. Respond to operational queries, maintain process logs, investigate failures, and recommend corrective actions. Improve and automate finance workflows using Excel, Power Query, Power Automate, Copilot, and related tools while maintaining strong controls, accuracy, and stakeholder relationships.
