Responsibilities include interpreting contracts, validating orders across Salesforce and NetSuite, improving controls and workflows, maintaining data integrity, supporting close processes, and guiding complex deal resolution. The role drives automation, applies AI tools, documents and rolls out process changes, and partners with Sales, Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, and technology teams to scale accurate, compliant booking operations.

Generate pre-sale opportunities via phone, email and social; qualify inbound leads; run qualification calls to assess commercial and technical fit; research target accounts; engage senior executives; set meetings and demos for Account Executives; maintain CRM data and detailed sales notes; collaborate with AEs and field marketers across countries and verticals.
