Lead end-to-end process transformation programs across EMEA, delivering measurable performance improvements via Lean, agile delivery, digitalisation/AI enablement, stakeholder alignment, change adoption, and sustained continuous improvement. Manage a team of four and embed performance management, governance, and operating routines to realize and sustain benefits.

Process, validate, archive, post, park and pay intercompany and third-party invoices; handle queries, reconciliations, payment proposals, AP reporting, and support process improvements within the SSC while maintaining controls and customer relationships.

Manage end-to-end order processing for Scandinavian customers: process orders in SAP, manage stock allocations and promotions, resolve order issues, liaise with sales/logistics, drive process standardisation using Lean, and ensure compliance and audit readiness.
