Manage credit risk and collections for a portfolio of customer accounts across UK and France. Perform credit decisions within DOA, chase receivables, validate and process claims and rebates, resolve ledger issues, and identify process improvements to maximize efficiency and reduce bad debt.

Support Northern Europe logistics by developing BI reports, ensuring inventory accuracy, managing 3PL performance, leading data-driven improvement projects, and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize capacity, compliance, costs and service levels.
