Provide hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle with emphasis on employee relations, engagement, HR administration, onboarding/offboarding, data reporting, HR projects, and employee communications. Act as first point of contact for HR queries, support managers and employees, maintain HR records, prepare reports, and contribute to process improvements.

Manage customer orders and master data in SAP for Spanish and Portuguese markets. Coordinate stock allocations, product listings, delists, promotions, and order fulfillment with sales, logistics, customers, and supply chain teams. Analyze customer fulfillment performance, recommend improvements, build collaborative relationships, and apply Lean methodologies to improve order management effectiveness.

Lead a team providing EMEA indirect tax (VAT) advisory and compliance: manage filings and third-party providers, oversee audits, advise on transactions and supply-chain changes, drive process improvements and Lean-based efficiencies.
