Manage export order administration for distributor accounts across French-West Africa and South Africa. The role requires strong Excel, communication, organization, multitasking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and English fluency; additional languages are advantageous.

Manage export customer orders, shipments, documentation, stock allocations, and order-to-delivery processes for regional distributor accounts. Coordinate with sales, logistics, supply, inspection companies, and service providers to meet service-level targets, country-specific requirements, and fill-rate goals. Resolve customer queries, maintain accurate order processing, support export compliance, and identify opportunities to improve customer service and operational efficiency.

Manage credit control and claims for German-speaking markets: build customer relationships to ensure timely payments, post promotional invoices and rebates, investigate pricing and logistics claims, support long-term agreements, maintain customer ledgers, and contribute to month-end reporting.

Provides front-office treasury services across EMEA, including daily cash positioning, variance analysis, funding management, trade execution, FX reporting, cash-flow forecasting, bank reconciliation, and bank account management. Partners with regional and local teams, resolves queries, supports audits, and ensures compliance with treasury policies, controls, and regulations. The role requires accuracy, prioritization, confidentiality, and process improvement in a fast-paced environment.
