Provide day-to-day commercial and administrative support to the Tesco account team: manage retailer administration, support promotional planning, pricing, product submissions, maintain systems, produce and analyse sales and promotional reports, support invoicing/claims/forecasting, assist presentations and launch activities, use approved AI/digital tools to improve reporting and efficiency.

Provide front-office treasury support: prepare daily cash positions and variance analysis, manage funding and bank accounts, execute trades in compliance, support FX forecasting and reporting, reconcile bank statements, resolve queries, partner with SSC/local teams, and ensure audit and control compliance.

Support EMEA order management by processing orders, using SAP scripting and RPA to automate tasks, improving and standardising processes with Lean tools, producing monthly metrics, and collaborating across countries to maximise case fill rates and capacity.

Support Northern Europe logistics by developing BI reports, ensuring inventory accuracy, managing 3PL performance, leading data-driven improvement projects, and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize capacity, compliance, costs and service levels.

As an Order Management Analyst, you'll provide customer service for Iberian markets, manage stock allocations, process orders in SAP, and collaborate with sales teams.

Provide hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle with emphasis on employee relations, engagement, HR administration, onboarding/offboarding, data reporting, HR projects, and employee communications. Act as first point of contact for HR queries, support managers and employees, maintain HR records, prepare reports, and contribute to process improvements.
