Provide hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle with emphasis on employee relations, engagement, HR administration, onboarding/offboarding, data reporting, HR projects, and employee communications. Support Northern Europe logistics by developing BI reports, ensuring inventory accuracy, managing 3PL performance, leading data-driven improvement projects, and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize capacity, compliance, costs and service levels.

Manage credit control and claims for German-speaking markets: build customer relationships to ensure timely payments, post promotional invoices and rebates, investigate pricing and logistics claims, support long-term agreements, maintain customer ledgers, and contribute to month-end reporting.

Manage and process customer orders and master data in SAP, allocate stock, support promotions and product listings, liaise with sales and logistics, drive continuous improvements using LEAN, and deliver excellent service to UK and German retail customers.
