Leads the architecture, design, development, and enhancement of enterprise data warehouse, analytics, and BI solutions. Defines data models, semantic layers, governance standards, roadmaps, and scalable cloud data-platform architectures. Partners with global stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications, guides developers, evaluates vendors, manages risks and costs, and promotes data quality, security, and regulatory compliance. Provides technical mentorship and drives innovation across international transformation initiatives.

Build, implement, support, analyze, and continuously improve global Business Intelligence solutions. The role translates stakeholder needs into technical specifications, develops and maintains SQL Server and BI solutions, supports reporting and infrastructure, manages performance and backups, collaborates with IT and business teams, identifies technical risks, and maintains documentation. The position also contributes to proof-of-concept innovation and delivers data services for operational, finance, and supply chain functions.

Implement and maintain organizational data governance frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures. Monitor data quality, resolve inconsistencies, maintain data dictionaries and metadata documentation, support governance forums, define data access protocols, and report on governance effectiveness. The role also collaborates with business functions, facilitates training and workshops, provides operational support, and uses Power BI to monitor data quality and support decision-making.
