Supports the Regional Director in advocacy, strategic communications, fundraising engagement, and regional coordination across Latin America and the Caribbean. The role develops briefing materials, talking points, presentations, communication strategies, monitoring reports, and stakeholder messaging. It also coordinates oversight forums, internal meetings, agendas, minutes, and action follow-up while promoting inclusive and culturally competent communications.

Leads Save the Children’s global strategy for AI, digital, and data capability development. Drives enterprise-wide AI adoption, training, culture change, responsible AI governance, data literacy, and business intelligence initiatives. Influences executive and country leadership across a federated global organization, chairs cross-functional forums, manages strategic partnerships, and oversees capacity-building programs, resource allocation, and continuous improvement. The role also promotes inclusive, user-centered data products and ethical, effective use of AI.

Leads a global, enterprise-wide cost optimization transformation targeting 30–40% structural cost efficiency by 2030. Responsibilities include organizational redesign, operating model and service delivery optimization, benefits realization, governance, risk management, stakeholder alignment, change adoption, and continuous improvement across global teams and country offices. The role also promotes AI, automation, analytics, and digital enablement to improve operational efficiency.
