Lead full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles across EMEA/MENA/APAC (sales, post-sales, partnerships, sales engineering, account management). Source proactively, manage candidate journey from outreach to offer, partner with hiring managers on role requirements and hiring strategy, provide market insight and pipeline mapping, and improve recruiting processes and candidate experience in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

As a Data Scientist, you will design and deploy data-driven fraud prevention solutions, working directly with clients to tackle unique challenges. You'll build machine learning models and collaborate with engineering to enhance backend systems.

Design and build end-to-end ML systems for fraud detection: develop and deploy models, create production-ready features and real-time data pipelines, integrate with backend services, and ensure monitoring, security, and observability.
