Lead the UK entity's risk and compliance function for an alternative asset management platform. Provide second-line oversight on regulatory compliance, financial crime (AML/CTF, sanctions, ABC), governance and conduct risk, support regulatory change and authorisation, and advise senior leadership and the Board. Build risk frameworks, monitoring, reporting and training, and engage with Group functions and regulators.

The Commercial Legal Counsel will provide legal, regulatory, and governance support, review contracts, ensure compliance, and manage legal risks for SCUK.

Sell and advise corporate clients on trade finance solutions for the natural resources sector. Build sector expertise, deliver income targets, cross-sell GTB products, support senior client meetings, manage pipeline and performance, coordinate with risk, and develop commercial plans to generate revenue and new opportunities.
