Supports M&A and IPO transaction execution for European telecom, digital infrastructure, and media clients. Responsibilities include coordinating due diligence, preparing client and internal materials, conducting sector and transaction analysis, monitoring market developments, performing valuations, building financial models, and supporting senior bankers with strategic analysis and origination.

Supports pricing model maintenance, assumption validation, contract hire pricing, pricing proposals, and product performance analysis. Maintains reporting dashboards, explains financial movements, and provides technical pricing advice across loan, lease, and wholesale products. The role collaborates with Finance, Risk, Sales, partners, data providers, and suppliers while monitoring profitability, risks, regulatory considerations, and compliance. It also requires responsible use of approved AI tools and contributes to process and reporting improvements.

Leads Santander UK’s Employment Legal function, advising executives, committees, and the Board on complex employment matters. Oversees litigation, investigations, whistleblowing, employee relations, organizational change, SMCR, TUPE, remuneration, and collective consultation. Develops a high-performing legal team, manages external counsel and budgets, strengthens governance and risk controls, and improves legal service delivery across the regulated banking group.
