Lead development and execution of HCUK's treasury strategy, managing liquidity, funding (bank loans, securitisation, bonds), ALM, hedging and treasury reporting. Oversee treasury planning, debt issuance, contingency funding, monthly treasury close and investor/shareholder reporting. Support senior management and ALCO, manage a small team, ensure regulatory compliance (SMCR) and embed responsible AI use.

The Commercial Legal Counsel will provide legal, regulatory, and governance support, review contracts, ensure compliance, and manage legal risks for SCUK.

The VP, FX Structuring will originate and support execution of FX and macro risk management strategies for institutional clients, delivering tailored solutions and conducting pricing analysis, while collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders and ensuring compliance with regulations.
