The Commercial Legal Counsel will provide legal, regulatory, and governance support, review contracts, ensure compliance, and manage legal risks for SCUK.

The SCUK Financial Support Advisor will assist customers in financial difficulty, offering guidance and negotiating payment plans while maintaining accurate records and following regulatory guidelines.

Manage and lead the Non-Financial Risk & Control team, overseeing operational risk, resilience, risk appetite, incident and crisis management, outsourced oversight, and second-line controls. Prepare and present MI and risk reporting, approve risk assessments and acceptances, ensure alignment with group frameworks, engage stakeholders across the business and joint ventures, and support regulatory and policy compliance.
