Hunters-focused mid-market Account Executive responsible for end-to-end outbound sales: prospecting, qualification, technical POCs, stakeholder management, negotiation, and closing £20k–£200k deals while collaborating cross-functionally to remove blockers.

Lead and develop a team of EMEA recruiters across engineering, R&D, sales engineering, and G&A; partner with senior stakeholders on complex searches; combine strategic partnership with hands-on execution; implement data-driven hiring improvements, talent mapping, and stronger evaluation practices; coach recruiters and embed inclusive, long-term hiring processes.

Lead product vision and roadmap for fuel, fleet efficiency, energy management, or cost-intelligence products. Translate telematics and operational data into customer-facing features, run discovery with fleet stakeholders, prototype MVPs, and ship end-to-end experiences with engineering, design, and data science. Define metrics, build business cases, and drive experimentation and iteration.
