Lead end-to-end ad campaign measurement studies across EMEA, manage multiple research projects, translate data into actionable insights, build partner relationships, drive product adoption, and improve regional measurement processes and benchmarks.

Manage EMEA client relationships (focus DACH), onboard and train clients on Samba's programmatic product suite, review briefs and recommend targeting, troubleshoot technical issues, analyze usage to drive adoption, and identify upsell opportunities while collaborating with Product and Engineering.

Support EMEA account management for programmatic clients: assist onboarding and platform training, manage campaign setup and basic optimization, provide first-line technical support, monitor performance, prepare reports, maintain documentation, and support senior team members in client meetings.
