Advise clients and internal teams on mechanical and electrical infrastructure for AI and HPC data centers. Develop technical strategies, review designs and operational plans, assess resilience and capacity risks, and provide corrective guidance. Lead client presentations, technical workshops, and advisory sessions while translating emerging AI infrastructure trends into practical business guidance. The role is home-based in Europe with regular travel across Europe and wider EMEA.

Leads electrical engineering projects from concept through completion, producing load, low-voltage, and lighting calculations, design reports, specifications, and drawings. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams, manages client requirements, schedules, resources, budgets, and project quality. Presents design proposals to clients, mentors junior engineers, supports business development, and contributes to sustainable, energy- and carbon-efficient building design.
