Teams at Salsify

Own the vision and strategy for an AI Innovation product area within Salsify’s PXM platform. Lead customer discovery, AI-enabled research, experiments, pilots, prioritization, and product delivery with engineering and design partners. Build AI products using LLMs and agents, establish success metrics, communicate with senior leaders, and coordinate cross-functional adoption across sales, marketing, customer success, support, and R&D.

Manage and expand relationships with large multinational enterprise customers by selling Salsify’s SaaS platform, add-on modules, and professional services. Responsibilities include strategic account planning, executive relationship management, renewals, new opportunity development, complex sales execution, quota attainment, and cross-functional collaboration with customer success, product, engineering, and executive teams.
