The role involves identifying social-worthy moments, editing mobile and Premiere Pro footage, creating platform-specific versions, maintaining templates, ensuring brand and technical quality, organizing the content archive, and collaborating with producers, editors, and social teams. The position is based in London with hybrid working, event travel, and weekend work required.

The AV Planning Lead manages global event AV planning, budgets, technical specifications, vendor negotiations, schedules, logistics, crewing, and onsite commercial oversight. The role optimizes AV designs and touring equipment for cost and operational efficiency across SailGP venues, coordinating with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and venue partners. Based at London HQ three days weekly, the role attends every global event and hands physical execution over to technical production leadership.

Leads regional commercial strategy and five-year growth planning across EMEA events. Owns revenue targets for sponsorships, host city returns, hospitality, ticketing, and new opportunities. Manages in-market promotion leaders, drives localized audience and media growth, develops government and corporate relationships, and chairs cross-functional regional governance. Requires extensive experience in sports, entertainment, or global events, with strong commercial, strategic, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
