Teams at SailGP

Manage global SailGP partnerships through rights delivery, campaign activation, relationship management, event experiences, performance reporting, and renewal support. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners to execute integrated campaigns, maximize contractual rights, demonstrate ROI, and identify growth opportunities. The role also manages a Partnerships Coordinator and requires frequent global travel to SailGP events.

Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned SailGP partners and suppliers, translating contractual rights and objectives into activation plans. Coordinate partnership rights, branding, hospitality, events, approvals, and deliverables while maintaining trackers and rights matrices. Prepare KPI, status, milestone, and post-event reporting, support partner servicing, and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced international sports environment.

Coordinates Infrastructure team administration, procurement, invoices, supplier onboarding, travel, accommodation, and visa applications. Maintains team deliverables and milestones in Monday.com, supports weekly meetings and One Event Plan reporting, aligns planning processes with the Central Planning Office, and prepares operational documents and dashboards. The role also identifies process improvements and supports global event deployments while working primarily from the London office.
