Lead and scale Sabio's Consulting & Advisory practice across AI & Automation, Data & Insights and Operational CX. Own proposition development, revenue, P&L, sales leadership, high-impact client delivery, and build a high-performing consultancy team to drive measurable outcomes and managed-service opportunities.

Provide legal counsel on AI and data protection across customer, partner and supplier contracts; lead EU AI Act readiness and ISO 42001 alignment; advise on IP, data transfers, DSRs, audits, incidents and regulator engagement; draft playbooks, run trainings, and support multilingual contracting (French/Spanish) in a fast-growing AI/SaaS environment.

Identify and qualify leads (primarily large UK Financial Services and Retail), perform outbound calls, gather prospect data, set appointments for sales, maintain CRM records, collaborate with marketing, and support local lead-generating events while communicating frequently with Dutch stakeholders.

Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, integrate ServiceNow and Salesforce data, implement Microsoft Fabric medallion architecture, and develop Power BI reports and semantic models to deliver reliable insights and support stakeholders.

Design and deliver AI-powered demos, prototypes, and proofs-of-concept using generative AI and internal tooling. Collaborate with sales and product teams to create tailored solutions, support business development with ROI modelling, translate data insights for stakeholders, and ensure ethical AI practices across customer engagements.

Lead and deliver complex contact-centre and IT projects end-to-end using Waterfall and Agile. Manage multiple technical projects, financials, stakeholder relationships, benefit realisation, project plans, pre-sales support, and handover to support while coaching teams.

Design, build and operate secure, scalable AI-enabled cloud-native solutions with an automation-first DevOps approach. Own full lifecycle delivery including IaC, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and customer-facing communication. Contribute shared tooling, reusable components, and engineering standards while continuously evaluating new DevOps technologies.

Lead functional Sabio WFO deployments: design, configure, test (functional, integration, E2E, UAT), deliver training, transfer knowledge, and manage customer relationships to optimize WFO operations.
