Designs, deploys, and maintains multi-country Genesys Cloud CX solutions integrated with CRM, call recording, workforce management, and external systems. Responsibilities include Architect voice and digital flow design, web-service integrations, scripting, campaign configuration, real-time and historical reporting, and digital-channel implementation. The consultant collaborates on customer experience transformation projects and supports complex Genesys implementations using APIs, workflows, data actions, and third-party tools.

Administer, develop, secure, and improve the ServiceNow platform. Build workflows, automations, and integrations with Salesforce and enterprise systems; manage releases, upgrades, incidents, documentation, testing, and platform governance. Translate stakeholder requirements into practical technical solutions, troubleshoot performance and security issues, and support ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalogue, and CMDB.

Identify and qualify leads (primarily large UK Financial Services and Retail), perform outbound calls, gather prospect data, set appointments for sales, maintain CRM records, collaborate with marketing, and support local lead-generating events while communicating frequently with Dutch stakeholders.

Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, integrate ServiceNow and Salesforce data, implement Microsoft Fabric medallion architecture, and develop Power BI reports and semantic models to deliver reliable insights and support stakeholders.
