Own a portfolio of 40–60 mid-market accounts in a full-cycle SaaS/AI sales role. Close 25–40 annual deals through inbound and outbound prospecting, qualify opportunities, expand usage and deal sizes, and convert product signals into pipeline. Partner with an Engagement Manager to drive customer consumption and commission outcomes. Success requires a strong quota record, high-velocity selling, AI-tool fluency, compelling writing and demos, and coachability.

Own and develop production systems supporting AI-powered customer experience, including support agents, ticketing, billing workflows, reporting, QA, monitoring, releases, guardrails, and knowledge management. Build TypeScript and Node.js services on AWS, manage AI vendor integrations, create test suites and evaluations, and coordinate improvements across Product, Engineering, Education, Analytics, and community teams.

The Creative Support Specialist provides ticket-based creative and technical support, resolves customer inquiries, manages escalations, analyzes trends, and creates self-service content for users. They engage with the community and improve support processes while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
