The Engineering Manager will lead and develop engineering teams, ensuring quality delivery and technical execution while collaborating closely with various teams and managing people effectively.

Own post-sales relationships for developers and product teams using an AI inference platform. Drive adoption, monitor usage and incidents, troubleshoot with engineering, collect customer feedback, and support pricing, renewals, and expansions. Communicate via Slack, email, and calls while coordinating cross-functionally to ensure smooth scaling and long-term retention.

Lead end-to-end ML initiatives: integrate and fine-tune models, optimize GPU inference for latency and throughput, build evaluation and monitoring tooling, collaborate on scalable serving systems, and mentor engineers.
