Build, test and ship growth-focused user journeys and subscription funnels across web and app. Design and run experiments, implement instrumentation and tracking, own features end-to-end, collaborate with product/design/data, and improve CI/CD, testing and release workflows to increase conversion and engagement.

Lead analytics and measurement for performance marketing, defining KPIs, attribution models, dashboards, and experimentation frameworks. Analyze paid media effectiveness using MMM, MTA, incrementality testing, and A/B testing across channels and geographies. Partner with marketing, finance, strategy, and product stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable recommendations, build scalable SQL and Python solutions, and mentor junior analysts while establishing technical standards.

Lead architecture and technical strategy across multiple product teams while building and shipping full-stack features. Mentor engineers, promote AI adoption throughout the software development lifecycle, deliver LLM-backed capabilities, guide system evolution, own release processes, and support reliable continuous deployment. The role works across mobile, backend, integrations, cloud infrastructure, and production support while collaborating with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership.
