Lead complex, concurrent enterprise customer implementations from kickoff through sign-off. Manage scope, milestones, resources, budgets, risks, dependencies, quality, and stakeholder alignment while serving as the customer escalation owner. Partner with Professional Services leadership to improve PMO governance, standard operating procedures, project methodologies, reporting, utilization, resource allocation, margins, and customer satisfaction. Operate autonomously in high-pressure technology environments and communicate effectively with executives and cross-functional teams.
