Own bookings growth across large enterprise accounts in the UK. Develop territory sales plans, generate pipeline, acquire new logos, expand existing customers, manage strategic opportunities, present complex data center solutions, exceed quotas, and collaborate with sales engineers, channel partners, distributors, and VARs.

Leads EMEA sales enablement strategy, onboarding, methodology adoption, coaching, and performance measurement. Partners with regional executives to align enablement programs with revenue goals, localize global initiatives, identify readiness gaps, and improve ramp time, win rates, quota attainment, and product-play adoption. Uses Salesforce, Clari, and AI-enabled learning and coaching tools to measure and scale field productivity.

Own UKI reseller and distributor relationships, build joint business plans, generate partner-initiated deals and pipeline, enable partner sales and technical teams, onboard new partners, coordinate events and campaigns, and report partner performance and forecasts. The role requires strong channel sales or partner management experience within technology, especially cybersecurity, data protection, backup, recovery, or storage markets.
