Provide pre-sales technical leadership for Mid-Market accounts: run demos, POCs, qualify opportunities, architect Rubrik data resilience and observability solutions, support AEs, and act as trusted technical advisor to customers and partners across the UK/I region.

Lead and scale the Mid-Market sales organization across EMEA (and APJ): set strategy and quotas, recruit and coach sales and first-line leaders using MEDDPICC/MEDDICC, drive pipeline generation and forecasting via CRM (Clari, Salesforce), build customer and partner relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally to close deals and meet revenue targets.

Lead and scale EMEA sales engineering: build and develop SE leaders, own technical pre-sales strategy, drive technical excellence across the sales cycle, engage CxOs on architecture and cyber resilience, and partner cross-functionally to align enablement, hiring, and field intelligence.
