Owns and improves third-party tools supporting global VAT preparation, compliance, and reporting. Responsibilities include managing product functionality, configuration, roadmaps, provider relationships, stakeholder requirements, tool performance, regulatory alignment, automation, data quality, and process scalability. The role partners with VAT specialists, delivery teams, technology teams, and external providers to drive enhancements from requirements through implementation.

Leads automation strategy for global VAT compliance and reporting. Identifies process inefficiencies, translates VAT requirements into technical solutions, manages automation projects through implementation, and supports ongoing process improvements. Works with clients, VAT teams, delivery groups, and technology teams while applying analytics, data science, AI, workflow automation, and emerging technologies. Also coaches team members, manages delivery risks, ensures data integrity and controls, and prioritizes initiatives independently.
