Leads strategic account planning and relationship development for large corporate clients and targets. Owns account segmentation, tiering, and key account plans; supports channel strategy, external positioning, performance reporting, pipeline growth, pursuit strategy, client propositions, and pitch content. Partners with senior stakeholders, industry teams, and service lines to coordinate commercial activity and improve client experience, work winning, and service delivery.

Leads the go-to-market marketing strategy for RSM UK’s tax and legal services. Develops campaigns, propositions, thought leadership, events, digital content, media activity, and client stories to increase visibility, pipeline, and revenue. Partners with tax leadership, industry and channel teams, and international colleagues while managing and developing two direct reports. Uses market insight, data, and stakeholder engagement to prioritize opportunities and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

Monitor, detect, and respond to cybersecurity incidents in partnership with an MSSP. Govern Microsoft and third-party security configurations, manage detection rules and alerts, oversee MSSP performance, improve SecOps processes through automation, and maintain incident-response runbooks and knowledge bases. The role requires strong networking and security fundamentals, hands-on experience with SIEM and related security technologies, Microsoft security expertise, and effective cross-functional communication.
