Teams at Royal Opera House Covent Garden Foundation (Royal Ballet and Opera)

Monitor and improve the organisation’s cybersecurity posture through security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, compliance activities, and security awareness. Investigate security alerts, incidents, and phishing activity; manage remediation processes; support Microsoft 365 security controls; and collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to reduce cyber risk.

Supports the central finance team with purchase ledger, sales ledger, credit control, credit card processing, banking, reporting, compliance, and related departmental functions. The role requires accurate and timely financial work, effective use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, collaboration within a small team, and flexibility to learn systems and processes quickly.

Leads the Costume Performance team supporting Royal Ballet and Opera productions. Oversees backstage costume provision, dressing techniques, staff scheduling and recruitment, performance preparation, problem-solving, communication, and conflict resolution. The role requires meticulous organisation, substantial team leadership experience, flexibility to work annualised hours, and availability for evenings, weekends, rehearsals, performances, and other production-related schedules.
