The Tours Administrator supports the Visitor Experience Tours team by responding to enquiries, processing bookings, maintaining rotas, and coordinating administrative tasks. The role requires strong organisation, accuracy, prioritisation, communication, customer service, and Microsoft Office skills. The administrator works in a busy, multi-operational environment and supports tours at Covent Garden and the Thurrock workshop and costume centre.

Manage creative projects and assets from start to finish across digital, film, and print channels, initially supporting marketing priorities. Coordinate planning, deadlines, competing priorities, stakeholders, communications, and delivery in a busy environment. The role requires practical knowledge of production processes and experience using project or workflow management systems.
