Leads Access to Education services across two London boroughs, overseeing admissions, elective home education, children missing education, and a team of five officers. Manages complex statutory casework, interagency responses, refugee and asylum-seeker education requests, fair access processes, appeals, attendance order proceedings, budgets, data analysis, statutory returns, and digital process improvements. Requires strong knowledge of education legislation, senior service-management experience, sound judgement, and effective stakeholder communication.

Provides needs-led assessments and tailored rehabilitation for residents with visual, hearing, or dual sensory impairments. Delivers mobility, orientation, daily living, and low-vision training; advises on accessible communication, technology, equipment, and environments. Coordinates care with families and partner professionals, manages risk and records, supports statutory safeguarding duties, and contributes to service development across the borough.

Lead the two-year transformation of Kensington and Chelsea’s public safety CCTV network. Responsibilities include upgrading camera assets, fibre and network infrastructure, overseeing operational workstreams, managing budgets and service providers, coordinating community infrastructure investments, and maintaining partnerships with police, residents, councillors and the CCTV control room. The role also provides technical guidance, manages risks and contracts, and ensures compliance with relevant surveillance and data protection legislation.
