The role also provides technical guidance, manages risks and contracts, and ensures compliance with relevant surveillance and data protection legislation.

Lead employment and financial welfare services for local residents, managing advisers, casework, performance, risk, compliance, budgets, and service improvement. Coordinate LIFT data campaigns, welfare reform initiatives, Section 106 employment commitments, community outreach, and the Career Zone Portal. Build partnerships across housing, economy, learning, voluntary organizations, and government departments while supporting residents with complex needs and advancing financial resilience, employment access, equality, and community wellbeing.

Provides administrative and technical support for HMO licensing and private rented sector regulation. Processes applications, validates fees, maintains landlord records, researches compliance risks, conducts background checks, prepares statutory enforcement notices, risk-rates cases, and responds to landlords, tenants, emergency services, and council departments. The role requires accurate recordkeeping, strong knowledge of housing legislation, analytical investigation, customer service, and effective workload management within statutory deadlines.

Lead a multi-million-pound capital programme of retrofit, refurbishment, and void works for Grenfell Housing Services. Manage projects from inception through completion, coordinating consultants, contractors, multidisciplinary teams, governance, contracts, budgets, risk, quality, safety, and site progress. Build trusted relationships with residents, elected members, and senior stakeholders while ensuring construction works are delivered transparently, on time, within budget, and to high standards.
