Lead Operations, Technology and Change for the Guernsey bank, overseeing daily operations, IT infrastructure, PMO, vendor management, regulatory compliance, business continuity and a team of ~25. Develop strategy, drive process improvements, manage service providers, ensure system resilience and prepare board/exco reporting while attracting and developing talent.

Maintain and update market data records, manage subscriptions, users and entitlements, handle invoice coding and cost allocation, support user access requests and onboarding, assist automation and process-improvement initiatives, and provide operational support for business integration projects under senior oversight.

The Associate will manage transaction processes, prepare financial analyses and marketing materials, and provide strategic advice for private equity capital markets transactions.
