Teams at Roku

Own strategic relationships with Tier 1 streaming and content partners across the UK and Europe. Manage partner app lifecycles from onboarding through certification, launch, and post-launch operations; coordinate schedules, risks, incidents, and cross-functional stakeholders. Drive adoption of Roku platform features, partner feedback, go-to-market activities, competitive benchmarking, and tentpole event response. Serve as the primary business and product contact while partnering with engineering, legal, business development, and certification teams.

Own technical engineering for European Roku partners, including app integration, debugging, performance optimization, streaming playback issues, certification, and market launches. Diagnose crashes, memory pressure, launch-time regressions, DRM and DASH/HLS problems, and platform defects. Represent regional technical requirements to Roku engineering, support Roku Pay integrations, drive partner escalations to resolution, and use telemetry and AI-assisted development tools to improve delivery. The role is London-based, office-oriented Monday through Thursday, with up to 40% European travel and occasional launch-related after-hours work.
