Draft and negotiate employment and settlement agreements, manage claims and litigation, oversee outside counsel, develop global policies and frameworks, monitor legislation, and support cross-functional stakeholders on hiring, performance, redundancies, investigations, TUPE, contingent workers, and training programs.
