Build and scale People Operations across the UK and EMEA, including onboarding, performance and engagement programs, benefits, immigration and mobility, HR compliance, employee systems, and manager support. Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Recruiting, and leadership to expand into new markets, improve processes, and deliver people initiatives from planning through implementation.

Manage major financial-services partnerships, guiding enterprise AI strategy, onboarding, training, joint operations, renewals, and expansions. Act as the customer voice, translate sales and trading workflows into solutions, coordinate with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams, track success metrics, support multimillion-dollar contracts, and improve user experiences. The role requires strong project management, communication, financial-services expertise, and curiosity about LLMs and AI technology.

Support customer trust, security assurance, and compliance programs by responding to security questionnaires, maintaining documentation, coordinating evidence collection, and supporting audit readiness. The role translates technical controls into customer-facing responses, collaborates with security, engineering, legal, and go-to-market teams, and improves GRC workflows across SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, EU AI Act, UK Cyber Essentials, and GDPR requirements.
