Own end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise SaaS implementations ($200K–$1M+), manage 3–5 concurrent accounts, lead technical solution design and integrations, drive executive relationships and governance, mitigate risks, manage budgets and scope, mentor delivery teams, and ensure successful go-live and handoff to Customer Success.

Lead technical solution design and run workshops to translate business needs into scalable integrations and migration strategies. Build custom integrations between Rocketlane and enterprise systems, use REST APIs, Webhooks, SSO/SAML, iPaaS tools, Postman, and AI-assisted scripting to automate tasks. Partner with customers, product, and engineering, draft SOWs, and consult on advanced use cases to ensure smooth onboarding and data transitions.

Lead end-to-end onboarding for enterprise customers: run discovery, design solutions, configure the product, build integrations, manage risks/escalations, and adopt AI-driven workflows to automate tasks and accelerate time-to-value while collaborating with product and engineering.
