Leads a global software and quality engineering organization responsible for enterprise data integration products across mainframe, distributed, hybrid, and cloud environments. Oversees engineering execution, software quality, modernization, customer escalations, operational readiness, innovation, and AI-enabled practices. Partners with product, architecture, and support teams while developing talent, managing performance, fostering accountability, and ensuring reliable delivery of business-critical software.
