Provide comprehensive PA support to the Managing Director while running day-to-day London head office operations. Responsibilities include diary and travel management, meeting organisation, office maintenance and supplier management, internal communications and newsletter production, event planning, onboarding, purchase order and expense management, and ad-hoc project coordination.

Lead in-store sales and customer experience, mentor and support Rituals Advisors, work with store leadership to meet personal and store performance targets, and deliver organized, detail-oriented retail operations and problem-solving.

Provide excellent customer service by advising customers on products, creating memorable experiences, meeting personal and store sales goals, maintaining store standards, following operational and safety procedures, and supporting the Store Manager and team.
