Lead ICP definition, account scoring, and account/contact strategy to prioritise sales efforts. Build scoring models, design tiering and territory recommendations, govern enrichment/data strategy, track market signals, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement to improve targeting, conversion, and go-to-market execution.

Drive technical product initiatives end-to-end: translate business priorities into technical requirements, manage discovery through launch, coordinate cross-functional teams, prioritize platform risks and enhancements, and enable adoption using data, client feedback, and AI tools.

Serve as the technical partner to Client Success Managers for enterprise clients: manage BAU, lead channel implementations, drive platform optimization, resolve complex technical issues with Product and Engineering, support roadmap and feature adoption, and maintain deep platform knowledge.
