Owns end-to-end marketing analytics, reporting, visualization, attribution, forecasting, and ROI measurement across growth marketing. Partners with Finance, RevOps, and marketing teams to connect spend with pipeline and revenue, improve budget allocation, ensure data quality, and automate workflows using AI, machine learning, predictive modeling, and experimentation insights.

Lead data science across Ripple’s product and business portfolio, including Payments, Stablecoin, and Custody. Partner with product and business leaders on roadmap decisions, develop metrics and measurement frameworks, apply experimentation, causal inference, forecasting, and statistical modeling, and use AI workflows to accelerate analytics. Communicate insights to senior stakeholders, evaluate growth drivers, build reusable analytical tooling, and mentor other data scientists.

Manage liquidity programs and market maker relationships across stablecoin, payments, and crypto products. Monitor performance, execute incentive initiatives, analyze liquidity positioning, coordinate custodians, exchanges, banks, OTC desks, and trading teams, and support depeg risk management. Build partnerships with financial institutions and tokenized real-world asset investors while improving processes and liquidity operations across a rapidly scaling digital asset ecosystem.
