Provide high-level support to the CEO (diary management, meeting preparation, leadership team coordination), manage the London office day-to-day, coordinate events and suppliers, and support strategic projects as they arise. Role requires on-site presence in Waterloo at least four days a week and travel to Cheltenham for key meetings.

The Growth Engineer will execute marketing campaigns, optimize the sales and marketing tech stack, automate processes, and enhance brand awareness through data-driven decision making.

Lead product features from concept to launch for AI-native fraud and financial crime detection products. Work with UX, engineering and QA, engage customers, write user stories as Agile product owner, and contribute to product, pricing and go-to-market strategy.
