Supports a global Corporate and Strategic Projects Legal team through legal operations, administrative coordination, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, document management, and stakeholder engagement. The role manages legal spend, purchase orders, expenses, external law firm invoicing, onboarding, travel, and team logistics. It also contributes to process improvement, legal technology and AI adoption, knowledge management, and risk reporting.

Lead tax workstreams for complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions, restructures, strategic projects, and M&A. Provide commercially focused cross-border tax advice, assess risks, support senior decision-making, and align recommendations with governance requirements. Build and coordinate internal and external project teams, manage advisers, challenge assumptions, and develop practical tax positions. Partner with senior stakeholders across Tax, Finance, Legal, and Business Development in a global, matrixed organization.
