Lead annual sales planning, improve sales processes and tools (SFDC, Clari, Qlik), deliver forward-looking insights, and influence GMs to improve productivity, pipeline health, and attainment.

Provide expert remote support for SAP HR/Payroll applications. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, configuration, and client support for UK and Ireland payroll and related processes.

Lead the SAP Application support teams to provide exceptional remote-based support for mission-critical SAP applications, manage regional managers and ensure operational efficiency while maintaining high client satisfaction ratings.
