Leads complex client engagements from requirements discovery through solution design, delivery, validation, adoption, and change management. The role owns multi-workstream outcomes, facilitates senior stakeholder workshops, manages scope and risks, mentors consultants, collaborates with Product and Engineering, supports UAT, and advances professional services methodologies. It also drives adoption of AI-enabled workflows and applies expertise in investment management, asset management, financial data operations, and benchmarking platforms.

Own the technical pre-sales lifecycle for complex enterprise investment data and intelligence solutions. Lead client discovery, solution architecture, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, RFP responses, executive presentations, and technical scoping. Advise investment, technology, risk, and operations leaders across EMEA, translate complex data challenges into enterprise architectures, and ensure effective handover to implementation teams. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Delivery while providing market and product feedback.
