Embedded Business Analyst within the Mortgages domain supporting product teams across discovery, shaping and delivery. Conducts process and journey mapping, impact assessments, requirements engineering, data analysis, and defines API/data integration specifications. Works with stakeholders and engineers to write acceptance criteria, supports QA and defect resolution, and assists DPIA processes for new mortgage vendors.

Design end-to-end advertising and partner-facing products for Rightmove's Promote team. Lead discovery and delivery, create journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity UI and prototypes, run research and usability testing, use analytics to measure impact, collaborate with PMs, engineers, content and design system teams, and explore responsible AI to improve partner experiences.

Lead end-to-end product design for Rightmove's Commercial marketplace: run discovery and research, design responsive user journeys and high-fidelity interfaces, run experiments to improve engagement and conversion, collaborate with PMs, engineers and stakeholders, ensure accessibility and design-system quality, and document decisions to support delivery.
