Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research for B2B and B2B2C products, focusing on estate agents and consumers. Lead generative and evaluative studies, develop research systems and UX metrics, manage participant recruitment and insight repositories, and synthesize findings into compelling recommendations. Collaborate with product, design, analytics, market research, customer experience, and sales teams to influence roadmaps and product strategy. Mentor colleagues and champion inclusive, accessible research practices.

Own the roadmap and delivery of the Agent Select platform, including core capabilities, data, third-party integrations, reliability, SLAs, and operational performance. Collaborate with product, engineering, architecture, and internal teams to define requirements, prioritize improvements, manage vendors, and deliver scalable software products. Use discovery, data-driven analysis, agile practices, and strategic product management to support agent-facing and consumer-facing experiences.

Build and evolve scalable frontend products for Rightmove’s core search experience using React, TypeScript, Express, Node.js, Kubernetes, and GitLab. Deliver reliable software through continuous delivery, collaborate with Product, Design, Architects, and Engineering, influence technical direction, design resilient systems, contribute to engineering standards, mentor fellow engineers, and promote testing, automation, performance, and user experience excellence.
