Teams at Rightmove

Lead one or more cross-functional customer-facing product teams, enabling high performance through coaching, hiring, and career development. Partner with Product Managers on planning and delivery, remove blockers, manage risks, and drive improvements. Provide technical stewardship for maintainable systems, collaborate with architects and EMs, and shape team structure and hiring to scale engineering outcomes.

Develop and maintain scalable Java microservices powering Rightmove's iOS and Android apps. Design APIs, troubleshoot production issues, apply TDD and automated testing, collaborate with product, design, and data, and improve performance, reliability and system architecture.

Support commercial finance, planning and forecasting by maintaining financial models, consolidating and analysing business data, improving data quality, preparing reporting and investor materials, and leading AI/automation initiatives to streamline finance processes while partnering with stakeholders across the business.
