Senior client partner leading sports marketing accounts, especially Formula 1. Owns client relationships, strategy, commercial performance, team leadership, and growth. Drives integrated sponsorship and activation programs anchored in KPIs, ensures profitability and on-time delivery, mentors staff, and supports new business and agency thought leadership while travelling internationally.

Lead and elevate the agency’s strategic product, directing junior strategists and partnering with Creative, Growth, and Client Services. Deliver Growth, Portfolio, and Project strategy across partnership architecture, narrative development, activation planning, and measurement. Translate insight into frameworks, campaigns, and measurement systems; lead discovery and research; advise senior clients; and mentor team members to ensure creative, insight-led, and commercially effective strategic outputs.

Manage day-to-day client relationships and deliver partnership activations and hospitality programs. Oversee timelines, budgets, supplier logistics, on-site execution and reporting. Translate strategy into activation plans, drive commercial performance, lead meetings, and support account growth while ensuring high-quality guest experiences and international delivery.
