Lead end-to-end UX for a growing SaaS product: run discovery, research and testing; design systems and components; create IA, flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mocks; collaborate with product, engineering and client teams in an agile process; translate client feedback into user-centered solutions and prioritize UX debt.

Manage day-to-day client relationships and deliver partnership activations and hospitality programs. Oversee timelines, budgets, supplier logistics, on-site execution and reporting. Translate strategy into activation plans, drive commercial performance, lead meetings, and support account growth while ensuring high-quality guest experiences and international delivery.

Senior client lead responsible for strategic direction, commercial management and delivery excellence across one to two Formula 1 hospitality partnerships. Manage account teams, develop hospitality and activation strategies, oversee end-to-end event delivery, supplier negotiation, budgets and profitability, and drive client growth while mentoring staff and ensuring high-quality guest experiences and measurable partnership outcomes.
