Serve as a boutique ambassador delivering exceptional one-to-one customer service and luxury watch sales. Greet guests, manage appointments and online enquiries, chase leads, meet KPIs and sales targets, maintain client relationships, follow security procedures, and perform sales administration while learning product knowledge and supporting the team.

Front-line sales associate responsible for maximizing luxury jewellery sales and delivering exceptional client experiences. Build and maintain clientele, attend community events, manage in-store displays and nightly safekeeping, follow after-sales/repair processes, and uphold company policies and store aesthetics.

Support senior designers and the Art Department to produce high-quality print and digital assets for campaigns, packaging, events, and in-store. Ensure brand consistency, prepare final artwork for production, manage asset libraries, contribute creative ideas, and stay current on luxury design and menswear trends.
