Lead the concept, design, and development of luxury soft accessories and seasonal print, textile, and embroidery collections. Create research, colour palettes, mood boards, patterns, and material concepts aligned with the Maison’s English luxury aesthetic. Manage collections from initial concept through sampling, approval, and production while collaborating with creative, fabric, product development, merchandising, technical teams, and suppliers. Support presentations, showroom curation, styling, VIP commissions, and responsible sample-budget management.

Analyzes commercial and boutique operations to identify business opportunities, improve efficiency, and increase team productivity. Gathers and validates business and process requirements, documents current and future workflows, develops testing criteria, supports feasibility studies, and contributes to business cases. The role also evaluates application improvements, maintains technical documentation, supports data integrity, monitors industry developments, and coordinates limited work across teams.

Provides administrative, procurement, and accounts support for a manufacturing division. Responsibilities include processing purchase orders, reconciling invoices, liaising with vendors, monitoring inventory, tracking deliveries, managing timesheets and payroll paperwork, entering hours into ERP and accounting systems, coordinating shipments, and supporting production reporting and meetings.
