Welcome boutique customers, deliver personalized luxury retail experiences, sell premium pre-owned watches, manage appointments and online inquiries, maintain client relationships, pursue leads, achieve sales KPIs, complete sales administration, and follow product security procedures. The role requires strong communication, organization, customer service, teamwork, and willingness to learn watch products and brands.

Supports the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment administration, interview scheduling, candidate communication, ATS management, reporting, assessment centre coordination, talent pool maintenance, and recruitment events. The intern helps deliver a strong candidate experience while contributing to market insights, data analytics, and ad hoc talent projects in a confidential, fast-paced environment.
