Plan and coordinate daily and weekly distribution-centre workflows across inbound, replenishment, picking, packing, and dispatch. Balance workload, labour, equipment, and capacity against service requirements; release work to operational teams; monitor bottlenecks and risks; recommend real-time corrective actions; coordinate Operations, Administration, and Transport; and track productivity, backlog, workflow progress, and on-time dispatch.

The role also coordinates Operations, Administration, and Transport teams to support efficient, accurate, and timely customer order fulfilment.

Manage existing customer accounts, develop new business, and meet branch sales targets through phone, email, and face-to-face service. Build customer relationships, identify opportunities, grow profitable accounts, and provide product expertise. Support branch operations by serving trade-counter customers and picking and packing warehouse orders. The role requires a customer-focused, accountable team player who can work under pressure and exceed sales targets.
