Administer the Warehouse Management System and operational systems, maintain item and location data, monitor stock synchronization, resolve user queries, and escalate system issues. Produce operational reports, investigate root causes, support system testing and upgrades, maintain process documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement in data quality, system performance, and warehouse efficiency.

Manage existing customer accounts, develop new business, and achieve branch sales targets. Provide customer service by phone, email, and in person, build strong relationships, grow profitable customer portfolios, and identify sales opportunities. Support branch operations by serving at the trade counter and picking and packing warehouse orders. The role requires a customer-focused, accountable, collaborative self-starter who can work under pressure and exceed sales targets.
