Plan and coordinate daily and weekly distribution-centre workflows across inbound, replenishment, picking, packing, and dispatch. Balance workload, labour, equipment, and capacity against service requirements; release work to operational teams; monitor bottlenecks and risks; recommend real-time corrective actions; coordinate Operations, Administration, and Transport; and track productivity, backlog, workflow progress, and on-time dispatch.

Support branch operations by serving trade-counter customers and picking and packing warehouse orders. The role requires a customer-focused, accountable team player who can work under pressure and exceed sales targets.

Drive profitable growth, increase market share, and develop future pipeline opportunities within assigned segments or product specialties. Build customer partnerships, prospect and close new business, manage pricing and profitability, develop tailored value propositions, and promote multichannel adoption. Collaborate with branch teams and internal stakeholders to deliver excellent customer experiences, successful implementations, and growth targets while developing team capabilities.
