Teams at Retail Insights

As a Founder Associate, you will manage all aspects of Retail Insights, including team leadership, conference execution, and business growth strategy.

Own end-to-end operations for 10 European private equity conferences annually: source and manage suppliers, plan sponsored VIP events, coordinate venues and on-site teams, manage inventory and quality of promotional materials, hire/train and run a 40-person volunteer team, and support internal stakeholders to deliver seamless event experiences.

Own the end-to-end delivery of 10 European private equity conferences annually: source and manage suppliers, negotiate contracts and budgets, plan VIP and on-site event logistics, provide on-site support, maintain inventory and quality-check materials, and hire/train/manage a 40-person volunteer team. Work is office-based in London with overseas conference travel.
