Leads Renault UK’s network aftersales field operation across dealers, Trade, Motrio, corporate sales, and approved body shops. Defines performance targets, drives action plans, manages escalations, and deploys network priorities. Develops network capacity through technician growth, parc management, and ramp optimization while improving customer experience, service performance, parts turnover, loyalty, and profitability. Also builds team capability and supports Trade and Hub strategy.

Manage the Dacia vehicle product range across its lifecycle, including product introductions, rationalization, pricing, competitiveness, campaigns, and stakeholder communication. The role focuses on achieving profitability, residual value, sales, market share, and order-take targets while collaborating with Renault headquarters, UK teams, and external stakeholders.
