Drive net-new business in the DACH region by prospecting, building outbound pipelines, qualifying opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, presenting solutions, forecasting, and closing deals. The role requires meeting or exceeding quotas, maintaining accurate pipeline records, collaborating with internal teams, and advising small and mid-sized businesses on Remote’s global HR platform. Native or professional German and strong English communication skills are required. This is a fully remote, high-velocity hunting role.

Manages occupational health and safety programs across multiple European jurisdictions. Responsibilities include overseeing OHS vendors and training partners, coordinating employee health assessments and safety training, conducting internal compliance audits, answering OHS questions, improving procedures, launching new processes, developing policies with People and Legal teams, and protecting confidential employee information.

Lead product strategy and execution for fraud, credit risk, and compliance across the customer lifecycle. Build automated, platform-oriented systems for onboarding verification, AML/KYB screening, fraud detection, reserve management, collections, and enforcement. Partner with Risk, Compliance, Treasury, Legal, Engineering and Operations to ship iterative, data-driven solutions that reduce manual effort and false positives while improving risk accuracy and scalability.
