Manage UK immigration cases end-to-end: monitor case management, prepare and submit visa/work permit applications, advise on travel and sponsorship, provide legal and strategic guidance, handle senior escalations, mentor mobility team members, drive process improvements and in-house service offerings, and maintain compliance with changing immigration law while liaising with clients and stakeholders.

Lead Remote Build product strategy and delivery: decide which bespoke integrations become productized capabilities, own packaging/pricing and unit economics, run standard and custom connector deployments, codify agent/app reference architectures and starter kits, productize managed services, and translate customer engagements into actionable platform feedback.

Lead strategy and delivery of reporting and insights across dashboards, report builders, exports, APIs, and AI experiences. Partner with Data, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Ops to build accurate, auditable payroll-grade reports, drive adoption, and embed explainable AI insights. Define KPIs, manage stakeholders, and ensure scalable, trustworthy reporting for customers and internal teams.
