Coordinate creative, growth marketing, legal, and regional stakeholders while tracking risks, dependencies, quality, and timelines. Lead retrospectives and improve workflows through better tools, templates, processes, and AI-assisted solutions.

Lead payments programs across EMEA and APAC, defining product strategy, building operational processes, managing end-to-end implementations with financial partners, driving incident resolution, and defining metrics to measure payments and partner health. Partner closely with product, engineering, operations, and analytics to scale payment methods and improve partner performance.
