The Senior Program Manager will lead the launch of a new consumer financial product in the EU and UK, ensuring regulatory compliance and cross-functional coordination across technical readiness and market launch.

Lead payments programs across EMEA and APAC, defining product strategy, building operational processes, managing end-to-end implementations with financial partners, driving incident resolution, and defining metrics to measure payments and partner health. Partner closely with product, engineering, operations, and analytics to scale payment methods and improve partner performance.

Own GTM and product-led growth for Remitly Business across UK and EU: drive awareness, SMB acquisition, and early retention. Build scalable acquisition engines and growth loops across paid, SEO, partnerships, community, and PLG. Lead product launches for adoption and revenue, develop localized ICPs, and deploy AI agent workflows to automate research, content, reporting, and competitive monitoring. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and report to Head of Marketing.

Support end-to-end data lifecycle for compliance by turning business problems into validated data assets: gather requirements, create data dictionaries and mappings, map processes, write and optimize SQL, perform EDA, run UAT tests, build and maintain BI visualizations (Tableau/Mode/PowerBI), and monitor dashboard performance.

Lead international HR operations for EMEA/APAC: ensure multi-country compliance, manage employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, HR data reporting, engagement programs, payroll collaboration, and embed AI into HR processes.

Support the Regional Marketing Manager to plan and execute EMEA marketing strategy and integrated campaigns (OOH, digital, paid social, radio). Manage agencies, influencer and community programmes, deliver on-brief/on-budget execution, track performance with analytics partners, optimise budgets, and embed AI tools to speed and improve marketing outputs. Hybrid role based in London.

Lead execution of EMEA & APAC growth marketing programs across search, social and app channels. Own end-to-end campaign creation, media planning, budget optimisation, creative briefing, tracking/event setup, reporting, and cross-team coordination to meet acquisition KPIs and scale paid media programs.

Run end-to-end programme delivery for Remitly's Ambassador Programme: own the master plan, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, manage SaaS platform onboarding, sequence ambassador recruitment across markets, produce senior reporting, surface risks, and document processes and playbooks to enable scale.

Own growth and commercial performance of Remitly's ambassador community across Europe: recruit, onboard, train, retain ambassadors; run launches and local logistics; drive NCAs and customer activation; partner with legal, marketing, and country managers to adapt the global playbook and report program performance.

Senior UK compliance leader accountable as SMF16 and SMF17/MLRO for Remitly UK. Owns AML/CTF program, regulatory engagement with FCA/PSR/NCA, SAR filing, compliance oversight, KRI reporting, and embedding pragmatic UK regulatory requirements into product and operations while partnering with global teams.

Build and ship agentic LLM systems for Treasury: cash monitoring, funding execution, narrative generation, and discovery-to-deployment pipelines. Create reusable agent infrastructure, governance, evaluation, and partner with engineering to ensure data accuracy while embedding with operators to scope and iterate solutions.
