Own end-to-end marketing creative production workflows across EMEA and APAC. Manage briefs, roadmaps, schedules, resource allocation, asset approvals, localization, trafficking, agency relationships, and performance marketing deliverables. Coordinate creative, growth marketing, legal, and regional stakeholders while tracking risks, dependencies, quality, and timelines. Lead retrospectives and improve workflows through better tools, templates, processes, and AI-assisted solutions.

Leads Remitly’s global transaction monitoring program, owning policy, standards, coverage methodology, scenario strategy, tuning, model governance, regulatory change, and assurance. The role identifies coverage gaps, drives remediation, defines effectiveness metrics, supports new products and payment rails, and represents the program to regulators, auditors, and partner banks. It also builds and develops teams while partnering with Data Science, Engineering, Product, Operations, and regional compliance leaders.

Coordinate high-volume recruiting activities across global teams, including interview scheduling, complex calendars, time zones, travel logistics, office tours, debriefs, and candidate communications. Support a positive candidate experience, employer branding events, and broader People Team objectives while partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and stakeholders.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for General Business and GTM functions across EMEA and APAC. Partner with executives and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, workforce plans, and talent pipelines. Manage interview processes, candidate experience, senior-level candidate closing, recruiting metrics, and continuous improvement. Support interview training, market research, employer branding, and global recruiting projects while meeting hiring goals.

Own growth and commercial performance of Remitly's ambassador community across Europe: recruit, onboard, train, retain ambassadors; run launches and local logistics; drive NCAs and customer activation; partner with legal, marketing, and country managers to adapt the global playbook and report program performance.

Build and ship agentic LLM systems for Treasury: cash monitoring, funding execution, narrative generation, and discovery-to-deployment pipelines. Create reusable agent infrastructure, governance, evaluation, and partner with engineering to ensure data accuracy while embedding with operators to scope and iterate solutions.

Own GTM and product-led growth for Remitly Business across UK and EU: drive awareness, SMB acquisition, and early retention. Build scalable acquisition engines and growth loops across paid, SEO, partnerships, community, and PLG. Lead product launches for adoption and revenue, develop localized ICPs, and deploy AI agent workflows to automate research, content, reporting, and competitive monitoring. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and report to Head of Marketing.
