Lead and expand relationships with a small number of high-value insurance clients, drive retention and revenue through strategic account plans, cross-sell/upsell, forecasting, and C-suite engagement. Coordinate internal teams, inform product roadmap with client insights, ensure service delivery, and represent the company at industry events. Requires frequent travel.

Design and deliver production-grade React and TypeScript portals and dashboards backed by Snowflake pipelines. Integrate front-end with backend inference APIs and analytics, ensure high-throughput performance, availability, security, and role-based access. Own front-end DevOps, contribute component libraries and collaborate with ML and backend engineers to surface model insights.

Manage a portfolio of strategic partners to drive adoption, engagement, retention, and growth. Coordinate onboarding, enablement, QBRs, and partner requests. Support upsell/cross-sell opportunities, prepare reports and presentations, and act as liaison between partners and internal teams.
