Lead and manage a software engineering team, partner with offshore resources, write and review complex code, drive technical strategy and architecture, handle hiring and performance management, work with customers for design input, and ensure database and development best practices are followed.

Manage a portfolio of strategic partners to drive adoption, engagement, retention, and growth. Coordinate onboarding, enablement, QBRs, and partner requests. Support upsell/cross-sell opportunities, prepare reports and presentations, and act as liaison between partners and internal teams.
