Administer customer project infrastructure across Jira, OpenAir, and Smartsheet throughout the project lifecycle. Support project setup, closure, handover, access management, ticket routing, and system synchronization. Serve as the first-line support interface for global delivery teams, resolve tooling requests, maintain data integrity, document processes, and implement Jira automations to reduce manual work. Collaborate with finance, business intelligence, support, and partner teams on multi-system issues.

Leads the global Marketing Operations function, owning MarTech architecture, HubSpot-Salesforce integration, AI and workflow automation, data governance, analytics, lead lifecycle management, campaign operations, and marketing systems. Partners with Sales Operations, Business Development, IT, and Sales to improve GTM alignment, pipeline visibility, and revenue attribution. Manages and develops a team of four while setting the operational vision, prioritizing projects, and enabling scalable, data-driven marketing processes.

Deliver end-to-end software implementation projects for RELEX’s Price & Promotions platform. Configure customer solutions, optimize forecasting and attribution parameters, implement business logic using SQL, Go, and Python, analyze large datasets, design integrations, support testing, and provide consulting to retail customers on pricing, promotions, forecasting, and automation. Collaborate with product and engineering teams while gathering requirements and addressing customer-specific business challenges.
