Own end-to-end recruiting for global Technology and Product teams, including sourcing, candidate attraction, hiring manager coaching, assessment design, offer closing, and talent-market insights. Build proactive pipelines for senior and niche roles, use funnel data to guide decisions, and design AI-native recruiting workflows. Lead broader talent acquisition initiatives such as assessment frameworks, interview standards, and AI process adoption across the organization.

Design, build, test, and improve plugin-based forecasting models from business need through production deployment. Own ML and modeling initiatives end to end, evaluate performance across customer environments, distinguish generalizable solutions from customer-specific requirements, and use AI-assisted engineering tools. Work autonomously with customers and cross-functional stakeholders in a distributed international team, with occasional travel.

Generate and qualify inbound and outbound sales leads across Europe and the Middle East. Conduct personalized prospecting through email, phone, and social media; research target accounts and stakeholders; schedule qualified meetings for Sales; collaborate with regional sales teams; and support event promotion and follow-up. This is a hybrid role requiring office presence two to three days per week in Barcelona or London.
